PVDF Spiral Nozzle

PVDF Spiral Nozzle is a high-flow industrial spray nozzle made from chemically resistant PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), featuring an open-channel spiral design that minimizes clogging and delivers uniform full-cone or hollow-cone spray patterns with wide spray angle options. With a broad flow range and flange/ threaded connections, it’s ideal for flue gas desulfurization, dust suppression, wastewater washing, and other industrial spray, cooling, and scrubbing applications.

3. The flow rate and spray angle have a wide range of options. Given the pipe size, the hollow/solid spiral nozzle spray angle range can be 60°-170°, and the liquid flow rate range is 5.5-4140 liters/minute
