Spiral Spray Nozzles
CYCO Spiral Spray Nozzles – built differently, no internal vanes to block. The spiral design gives you a full or hollow cone pattern with very low pressure, and the open flow path handles dirty or particle-filled liquids that would clog standard nozzles. We make them from 316 stainless steel, PTFE, and silicon carbide – so they hold up in tough jobs like flue gas desulfurization, dust suppression, gas cooling, chemical scrubbing, or pre-rinsing tanks. Spray angles run from 60° to 170°, and the droplets come out fine and even. That means better heat transfer, better chemical mixing, and better particle capture. If you’re working in wastewater treatment, steel mills, or paper pulp processing – anywhere you need high flow without cranking up the pump pressure – these nozzles just last longer and give you less trouble. Need a specific connection? NPT, BSPT, or flanged. Want a different flow rate? We can do that too. Just tell us your setup.
