CYCO Reactor Cleaning Equipments – for vessels with manways, dip tubes, and internal coils where standard spray balls can’t reach everything. Reactors are tricky. You’ve got an agitator shaft, baffles, a bottom outlet, maybe a dip tube or thermowell. Residue builds up on all of them. Our equipment uses high-pressure rotating nozzles that go through the top manway – typically 8 to 24 inches. Once inside, they fire jets that hit the vessel roof, side walls, bottom, and behind every internal component. Some units are fixed (mount permanently), others are portable (move from reactor to reactor). We also make custom-length lances for deep vessels.
