Automatic Spray Nozzles

CYCO Automatic Spray Nozzles – they turn on and off by themselves, no manual fiddling. Inside each nozzle there’s a spring-loaded or air-actuated shut-off mechanism. Give it a pneumatic or electric signal, and it sprays. Cut the signal, and it stops – instantly, no dribbling, no waste. That’s the whole point. You see these on moving conveyor lines (spraying glue, lubricant, or release agent only when a part passes by), in car wash tunnels (applying soap or wax precisely where needed), and on steel or paper mills (cooling or conditioning strips without soaking the rollers). We machine the bodies from brass or 316 stainless steel, so they handle water, chemicals, or light oils without rusting or jamming. The spray tip screws off separately, meaning you can swap patterns – flat fan, full cone, hollow cone – without disconnecting the supply line. Thread sizes from 1/4″ to 1″ NPT or BSPT.
