Full Cone Nozzles

CYCO Full Cone Nozzles – the spray fills in completely, no hollow center, so you get even coverage across the whole target area. The internal vane or slot design spins the liquid into a uniform cone shape, and the droplets come out medium to large – good for jobs that need impact and soak, not just mist. Common uses: gas cooling (spraying water into hot flue gas), chemical packing bed columns (wetting the media evenly), fire protection (deluge systems), and parts washing (blasting off loose debris before final rinse). We offer them in 316 stainless steel, brass, Teflon, and even silicon carbide for abrasive slurries. Flow rates range from low to very high, spray angles from 30° to 120°.
