The reel-type telescopic cleaning device consists of a reel, a telescopic rod, and a tank cleaning head.
It uses a motor-driven reel system to automatically extend and retract the telescopic rod, while the rotary cleaning head performs high-pressure cleaning of the tank’s inner walls.

Working Principle

The reel-type telescopic cleaning device is mounted at the tank opening, and sealing components are adjusted to prevent leakage.
Once the drive motor is activated, the reel extends the telescopic rod gradually into the tank.
The high-pressure pump starts, delivering the cleaning fluid through the internal piping of the telescopic rod to the cleaning head.
The cleaning head sprays the fluid at preset paths and angles, covering the tank’s inner surfaces. Under the action of the rotation mechanism, the cleaning head moves along a defined trajectory (such as spiral, circular, or segmented patterns) to ensure complete coverage.
After cleaning is completed, the reel retracts the telescopic rod back into the reel housing.
Once the cleaning task is finished, the device is shut down, and maintenance procedures for the cleaning unit are performed.
