CY15-180 Tank Washing Nozzle
The CY15-180 Tank Washing Nozzle delivers 180° full-coverage cleaning for tanks and vessels, reaching areas below the tank opening with no dead zones. Its modular design supports electric, pneumatic, or liquid-driven operation, while the stable-flow nozzle design provides concentrated spray impact for effective cleaning. Made of 316L stainless steel and PEEK, it is suitable for cleaning with water, mild acidic solutions, and mild alkaline solutions.
Installation Method
CY15-180 Tank Washing Nozzle uses an internal thread connection (standard configuration: 1-1/2″ BSPP) and is usually connected to a spray pipe with a flange. During installation, connect the internal thread of the washer to the external thread on the spray pipe, position the washer at the optimal cleaning position, and then install the flange of the spray pipe.
Note: The cleaning liquid may easily contain substances that can block the holes, so a pipeline filter should be installed before the inlet of the washer.

Product Features
180° Open-Tank Cleaning with No Dead Zones
The modular design supports electric, pneumatic, or liquid self-driven operation. When the CY15-180 Tank Washing Nozzle is operating, it rotates axially and radially simultaneously along the preset trajectory, providing 180° full-coverage cleaning below the tank opening with no dead zones.

Sealing Performance
Dynamic seals are used at leakage points to reduce leakage and save cleaning liquid. At the same time, they generate greater water flow impact.
Higher Impact Force
The nozzle adopts a unique flow-stabilizing design, which makes the spray water flow more concentrated, resulting in greater impact force and more thorough cleaning.
Daily Maintenance
CY15-180 Tank Washing Nozzle adopts an integrated sealed housing, and the internal components use self-lubricating, maintenance-free materials, so no lubricating oil is required. During use, dirt from the cleaning liquid may accumulate on the surfaces of the internal components, causing them to stick together and preventing startup. Therefore, after each use, clean the product by flushing it with clean water or a solvent suitable for the cleaning liquid. If the product has not been used for a long time and is found unable to rotate when used again, soak it in clean water or a solvent suitable for the cleaning liquid for a period of time before use.
