Denitrification Spray Lance(CSIM Series)
Denitrification Spray Lance (CSIM Series) is a dual-fluid atomizing nozzle used in SNCR systems for effective NOx reduction in various industrial furnaces. It uses compressed air and ammonia water to produce fine and uniform droplets, ensuring efficient mixing with flue gas and improved reaction performance. It excels at producing an extremely fine mist with a low air-to-water ratio—delivering an average droplet size of 50 microns at 17 L/min flow. This exceptional micronization ability ensures efficient chemical reaction with flue gas for effective NOx reduction. Featuring stable atomization performance and consistent droplet distribution, it maintains reliable operation under varying furnace conditions. Built with a simple, robust structure from materials like 303/316 stainless steel or Hastelloy for harsh environments, it is ideal for easy maintenance and reliable long-term operation in power plants and industrial settings.
Design Features:
1. When the spray volume is 17L/min and the air-water ratio is 150, the average spray particle size is 50 microns, and the largest particle size is 150 microns, so it has excellent micronization ability;
2. The CSIM series micro-mist nozzle uses a two-fluid nozzle with large flow and excellent micronization ability;
3. The spray employs a low gas-to-water ratio micronization process, effectively reducing compressed air consumption while ensuring excellent atomization performance, resulting in more economical operation.
4. Material: 303, 316 stainless steel; 310 stainless steel and Hastelloy are also available, suitable for high temperature and corrosive working conditions
5. Optimized structure ensures high coverage efficiency. Installation and removal are more convenient and faster, effectively reducing installation and maintenance workload, while the wide spray angle provides a larger reaction area.
6. High-Efficiency Two-Fluid Atomization Structure Utilizing a gas-liquid two-phase atomization method, high-efficiency atomization can be achieved under low gas-liquid ratio conditions, reducing compressed air consumption.
7. Fine and Uniform Droplets The uniform distribution of atomized particles facilitates rapid evaporation and complete reaction, improving denitrification efficiency.
Applications:
Denitration spray lances are mainly used in SNCR denitration processes inside chain furnaces, pulverized coal furnaces, and waste incinerators in cement plants, power plants, steel plants, and waste-to-energy plants, ensuring that NOx emissions meet the requirements of new national standards. They work by atomizing compressed air and ammonia water to form fine atomized particles, which then mix with flue gas to trigger a chemical reaction, thereby purifying harmful gases in the flue gas and achieving national flue gas emission standards.
