28250/21400A Rotating Container Cleaning Nozzle is a compact 316L stainless steel rotary nozzle engineered for thorough internal cleaning of small containers, drums, bottles, and barrels. Its rotating head with three high-pressure flat fan spray nozzles is hydraulically driven by cleaning fluid flow to deliver complete 360° coverage of all interior surfaces. Designed for high-pressure operation and long service life, it’s ideal for industrial wash cycles in food, beverage, chemical, and fermentation applications.
The compact 28250/21400A nozzle can pass through an opening of 50 mm in diameter, making it ideal for cleaning small containers such as drums with its low-flow fan spray heads. The nozzle body is made of 316 stainless steel to maximize wear life and allow high-pressure cleaning of up to 7 bar.
Three high-pressure fan spray nozzles are mounted on the rotating spray head, driven by the flow of the cleaning liquid. These nozzles are precisely positioned to ensure complete coverage of all internal surfaces within the spray path. Therefore, both models of the nozzle effectively provide internal cleaning for small bottles, tanks, and drums.
