Spray Ball SR42
The Spray Ball SR42 is a high-pressure 3D tank cleaning nozzle applied to small to medium tanks (1-3 meters in diameter). Driven entirely by cleaning liquid (30-160 bar), it requires no external power. It is an automatic nozzle that enables automatic rotation and all-round cleaning inside the tank. Made of 316L stainless steel, aluminum bronze, and engineering plastic, it handles temperatures up to 90°C and fits openings as small as 130mm. A G1/2″ female thread connection is standard.
Compared to low-pressure spray balls, the Spray Ball SR42 delivers more concentrated impact, better cleaning results, higher efficiency, and significant water savings. The flow-optimized nozzles ensure a laminar jet for long-distance cleaning. Typical applications include tanks, drums, and reactors in the pharmaceutical, food, beverage, chemical, coating, and biotech industries.
The Spray Ball SR42 adopts an impeller-driven speed reduction mechanism with an internal planetary gear transmission, offering a compact structure and strong load capacity. The cleaning liquid drives it to achieve a compound motion of vertical-axis rotation and nozzle spin, completing a 360° spherical orbital coverage. Within one cleaning cycle, the spray trajectory passes over the same point twice, ensuring no dead spots. The product supports an operating pressure of 20–200 bar, a flow rate of 13–55 L/min, can pass through a minimum opening of Ø135 mm, weighs 5.7 kg, and features a G1/2″ female thread connection.
