CY100 Rotary Cleaning Ball operates smoothly with high impact force, providing rotational cleaning. Made of stainless steel, it is hygienic and designed for 360° self-rotating cleaning inside chemical storage tanks. It is specially designed for industries such as dairy, food, pharmaceuticals, beer, chemicals, industrial fermentation, and other applications that require high-impact cleaning.

360° Dead-Zone-Free Cleaning: During operation, ensure that the four nozzle slots are positioned vertically as shown in the diagram. Choose an appropriate nozzle angle based on the size of the cleaning tank to ensure sufficient impact force. (For larger tanks, a smaller fan angle is recommended, just enough to cover the tank.) This achieves comprehensive 360° cleaning.

Sealing: Dynamic sealing is used at leakage points to reduce leakage, conserve cleaning fluid, and generate greater water impact force.

Higher Impact Force: The nozzles feature a unique flow-stabilizing design that concentrates the jet stream, providing greater impact and more thorough cleaning.
