CYCO CY-DS84, CY-DS900, and CY-HS18 hose reel series are durable industrial hose management solutions designed for air, water, oil, grease, chemicals, and cleaning applications. Built with high-quality stainless steel and corrosion-resistant surface treatment, these reels perform reliably in industrial and marine environments. Spring-driven and manual options are available, featuring smooth retraction, adjustable hose guide arms, and flexible mounting for walls, ceilings, floors, or vehicles. Custom configurations and 316L stainless steel options are supported.

Adjustable buffer stop: allows any desired length of rope to be maintained outside the reel.

Adjustable guide arm: multiple guide arm positions facilitate versatile use and field adjustment.

Enclosed drive spring: the drive mechanism is enclosed to protect it from environmental factors.

Long-life drive spring: the clutch-type reel shaft core almost eliminates the possibility of spring damage caused by reverse winding of the reel.

Corrosion and stain resistance: made of 304 stainless steel stamping parts, with surface electrochemical treatment.

Stainless steel reels are widely used, such as: food production, cleaning, chemical delivery, and industrial solvent treatment. At the same time, stainless steel reels can also be used in coastal and offshore environments with demanding corrosion resistance. Some models in this series can be produced in 316L material according to customer requirements to further improve corrosion resistance.
