Thin Sheet High-Pressure Fan Nozzle
Thin Sheet High-Pressure Fan Nozzle is a flat fan spray nozzle crafted from corrosion-resistant 303 or 316 stainless steel, specifically for applications where the spray height is minimal. It produces a uniform fan-shaped spray with selectable angles (0°, 30°, 60°, 75°) and performs reliably across a wide pressure range (1.5–55 bar) with up to 210 L/min flow capacity. Designed for high‐pressure cleaning, scraper lubrication, felt and mesh maintenance, roller and groove cleaning, this nozzle delivers consistent coverage and durability in industrial washdown and maintenance systems.
Design Features
1. CCTC series nozzles are low-pressure fan-shaped nozzles specially designed with brush spray rods. The nozzle angles are 0°, 30°, 60°, and 75°. The nozzles need to be equipped with CY28624-001 washers when installed.
2. When the spray rod and the mesh or blanket spray height are very small, this product is the best choice. The nozzle is made of 303 or 316 stainless steel and has excellent corrosion resistance.
Applications
Low-pressure fan-shaped cleaning or scraper lubrication, water suction box lubrication, high-pressure swing cleaning of long nets, high-pressure swing cleaning of felts in the press section, blind hole roller cleaning, groove roller cleaning, etc.
