A glass-lined reactor is a special type of vessel with a layer of enamel coating on the interior metal surface. It is widely used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries for processes such as heating, cooling, and mixing materials to facilitate chemical reactions or material treatment. This system uses 3D high-pressure water jet technology, where high-pressure water is delivered by a powerful pump through a dedicated pipeline to the cleaning nozzle. The nozzle converts low-flow, high-pressure water into a high-speed, high-impact jet stream. With strong kinetic energy, the continuous water jets strike the inner surfaces of the reactor, dislodging residues and achieving thorough cleaning without damaging the enamel lining.
