Design Features

1. Provide a series of copper and steel injectors for standard burner systems. We provide a series of special injectors adapted to the working area, media and emission requirements to meet the needs of different markets.

2. The OD series nozzles are designed for civil and commercial high-pressure fuel burner systems. They can use light oil and heavy oil (both are diesel) with 4 different injection angles and 3 different injection patterns.

3. The standard series nozzle flow rate ranges from 0.30 to 35 USgal/h (this flow rate is at a standard pressure of 100psi. The flow rate will change with changes in pressure).

4. Both light oil and heavy oil can be used, 100% factory tested.

5. Manufactured from high-quality brass, OD Oil Nozzle is capable of withstanding high temperatures and fuel corrosion in combustion systems, ensuring reliable long-term operation.

6. With precision-engineered orifices and internal structure, it atomizes fuel into fine and uniform droplets, improving combustion efficiency and promoting better fuel-air mixing.

7. OD Oil Nozzle is suitable for high-pressure fuel systems, maintaining stable spray performance and effective atomization even under elevated pressure conditions.
