JK Plastic Nozzle
JK Plastic Nozzle is a lightweight industrial flat fan spray nozzle made from durable plastic with a nylon spray cap and internal gasket. Designed for pressures up to 20 bar, it features a grooved spray cap and optional gasket materials including ethylene-propylene rubber or fluorinated rubber. With multiple connection sizes (1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″), it delivers uniform spray for cleaning, rinsing, cooling, humidification, metal part phosphating, chemical processing, and dust control applications.
Design features
1. The standard material of the gasket is ethylene propylene rubber, and fluorinated rubber can also be used. The gasket is inside the spray cap and fixed on the nozzle
2. The nozzle has interactive nozzles. PP, SS, BRASS materials can be selected. The pressure shall not exceed 20 bar. There is a groove designed in the spray cap
3. It is used to fix the nozzle body ear. The spray cap is made of nylon.
