Wide Angle Fan Nozzle

Wide Angle Fan Nozzle produces a wide-angle flat fan spray pattern with medium impact and uniform liquid distribution, ideal for broad surface coverage in industrial processes. Built with precision-machined round holes and a large, unobstructed flow channel to reduce clogging, it supports spray angles from 70° to 150°, pressures from 0.2 to 4 bar, and flow rates up to 410 L/min. Made from durable stainless steel (303, 304, 316SS), it’s suitable for cleaning, conveyor belt cooling, film processing, fire protection, water curtains, and similar applications. It also ensures stable spray performance and reliable coverage, making it suitable for continuous operation across different system conditions.

Wide Angle Fan Nozzles feature a wide angle fan spray pattern that produces medium impact, uniform distribution of the sprayed liquid mist, and medium droplet size. Round nozzle holes and large, unobstructed flow channels reduce blockage to a lower position. The W series universal wide angle nozzles are also suitable for air and steam jets. All nozzles are provided with precision machined guide surfaces to reliably and accurately control the deflection angle and spray angle. The W series universal wide angle nozzles are finely manufactured from solid rod stock and have external pipe threaded inlet connections.
