PVDF Fan Nozzle
PVDF Fan Nozzle is a corrosion-resistant flat fan spray nozzle made from high-purity PVDF material, offering outstanding chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance, and excellent wear resistance in harsh operating environments. It delivers a uniform and consistent fan-shaped spray pattern with selectable spray angles (65°, 80°, 95°, 120°) and performs reliably across a wide pressure range. The smooth internal structure helps reduce clogging and ensures stable performance over time. It is ideal for demanding industrial applications such as PCB processing, precision washing and rinsing, dust removal, quenching, cooling, and gas scrubbing, especially in environments requiring high purity, durability, and long service life.
Design features:
1. Ultra-purity
Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a natural, high-purity material without pigment. The KY nozzle is made of PVDF, so it can keep the processing environment highly purified, especially suitable for production processes requiring high purity.
2. High temperature resistance
The KY nozzle can withstand a heat temperature of up to 148°C under a pressure of 7kg, which is very suitable for production processes such as development, rinsing, electroplating, etching, and film removal in the manufacture of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
3. Corrosion resistance
PVDF has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. The KY nozzle can effectively spray various chlorides, acid-based, base-based or amine-based etching agents, and has excellent anti-aging performance.
4. Wide range of choices and long service life
The KY nozzle has three joint sizes of 1/8, 1/4 and 3/8, which are suitable for most commonly used pipes, and provide different spray flow rates and angles to meet various needs. PVDF is a high-hardness material with high mechanical strength, wear resistance and impact resistance.
