UQD Series Quick Coupling
UQD Series Quick Coupling is a precision quick-disconnect fluid coupling engineered for fast, tool-free connection and disconnection in high-performance liquid systems. Constructed from durable 316 stainless steel with a secure locking design and excellent sealing, it supports flow diameters from 1/8″ to 1/2″ and operates up to 20 bar with a wide temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C). With a flat-face leak-free interface, it minimizes fluid loss and contamination during coupling, making it ideal for data center liquid cooling, industrial process cooling, robotics, EV battery thermal systems, and precision fluid networks.
UQD series of liquid-cooling quick-connect fittings are hardware connection components designed for data center liquid-cooling systems. They are compatible with high-power devices such as AI servers and supercomputers. By connecting cold plates, racks, and liquid-cooling tubing, they enable the safe circulation of coolant and facilitate quick connection, disconnection, and maintenance of servers. A key feature is support for “hot-swapping” which effectively prevents coolant leaks.

3. Robust Corrosion-Resistant Construction for Long Durability: Made of high-quality stainless steel with premium seals, the couplings withstand corrosion, high and low temperatures, and aging. They deliver reliable performance with water-based fluids and coolants over extended periods.
4. Color-Coded Identification to Prevent Installation Errors: Red and blue seal rings clearly mark inlet and outlet ports. This visual distinction avoids reverse connection, reducing commissioning errors and improving on-site installation efficiency.
5. Compact Versatile Design for Wide Compatibility: With a compact form factor and multiple termination options including threaded and barbed ends, the couplings fit various system configurations. They are widely used in data centers, servers, and industrial liquid cooling setups.
