Structural features:
1. Leak-Free Sealing Structure: Adopting a flat, dustproof, and non-spill design, the coupler’s internal valves automatically close upon disconnection, ensuring zero or minimal fluid leakage. This reliably protects sensitive electronic equipment from short circuits or corrosion caused by coolant spills.
2. Floating Tolerance Capability: The connector features powerful misalignment correction, compensating for up to ±1.0mm to ±1.5mm of radial offset, with some designs compensating for angular deviations up to ±2.7°. This “float” effectively absorbs cumulative installation tolerances in modular equipment, reducing the need for high-precision machining.
3. Blind-Mate and Self-Alignment: Engineered for “blind” connections, the coupler features a generous chamfer and self-alignment design that guides the connector into the correct mating position.
