K4-6160 Tank Cleaning Nozzle
K4-6160 Fixed Tank Cleaning Nozzle delivers powerful 360° static cleaning with a shower-like solid cone spray pattern and high flow capacity, ideal for large tank cleaning up to approximately 3.1 meters in diameter. Constructed from corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel with removable nozzle caps and inner cores for easy maintenance, it supports adjustable flow using 1/4″ or 1/8″ full cone nozzles and fits tanks with large openings. Widely used in industrial cleaning applications across biopharmaceutical, chemical, food & beverage, fermentation, and petroleum sectors.
The spray ball features a shower-like solid cone spray pattern, capable of spraying a large flow of relatively small droplets. The nozzle assembly consists of removable nozzle cap covers, each equipped with an inner core that is easy to remove and replace.
The 6160 fixed spray ball assembly has a large flow capacity, suitable for cleaning tanks with diameters up to 3.1 meters.
Using 1/4” or 1/8” full cone nozzles allows for flow adjustment, and the 6160 nozzle can pass through tank openings with a large diameter of 130 mm.
Designed for ultra-high flow rates for large tank cleaning, it utilizes full cone nozzles of 1/2”, 3/4”, or 1” to adjust the flow rate.
Working principle:
It has a shower-like solid cone spray mode, which can spray relatively small droplets with a large flow rate.
The nozzle assembly consists of a detachable nozzle cap, each cap has an inner core, which is easy to disassemble and update.
