CIP Spiral Bottle and Tank Cleaning Nozzle delivers efficient static cleaning with a unique anti-clog spiral spray design that produces multiple concentric spray cones to flush away solids and contaminants from containers and tanks. Constructed from durable 316L stainless steel, it supports multiple connection sizes (1-1/2″, 1″, 3/8″) and handles large cleaning flows up to 260 L/min for tanks up to ~4.92 ft in diameter. Compact and energy-efficient, it’s ideal for CIP systems and small opening cleaning applications in food, beverage, chemical and industrial environments.
The spray pattern of a spiral nozzle is created by the fluid being sheared as it rotates along the spiral, forming multiple concentric cones. These cones generate 2 to 3 relatively thick droplet bands, surrounded by wider, finer droplet bands.
