Denitrification Spray Lance(FIM Series)
Denitrification Spray Lance (FIM Series) is an industrial denitrification/NOx reduction spray lance designed to atomize compressed air and ammonia water into fine droplets that mix with flue gas for chemical reaction and pollutant reduction. With selectable spray angles from about 12° to 56° and support for multiple spray shapes (full cone, hollow cone, flat fan), this lance produces fine mist particles at low flow rates (up to ~0.3 L/min) to efficiently treat combustion flue gases in cement plants, power plants, steel mills, and waste incineration facilities. It’s built for environmental emission control systems that help meet NOx regulatory standards.
Application
Denitrification spray guns are mostly used in chain furnaces, pulverized coal furnaces, and SNCR denitrification in cement plants, power plants, steel plants, and waste incineration plants to meet NOx emission requirements. It mainly atomizes compressed air and ammonia water to form fine atomized particles, which are then mixed with flue gas to react chemically, thereby purifying harmful gases in the flue gas.
