Denitrification Spray Lance(FIM Series)
Denitrification Spray Lance (FIM Series) is an industrial denitrification / NOx reduction spray lance. It mainly atomizes compressed air and ammonia water to form fine atomized particles, which are then mixed with flue gas to react chemically, thereby purifying harmful gases in the flue gas and helping meet emission requirements. With spray angles ranging from 12° to 56° and a maximum flow rate of 0.3 L/min, it supports full cone, hollow cone, and flat fan spray patterns, providing flexible spray coverage and efficient atomization performance under various operating conditions. In addition, its compact structure and stable spray performance ensure reliable operation and consistent droplet distribution, contributing to improved reaction efficiency. It’s built for environmental emission control systems that help meet NOx regulatory standards.
Design Features
1. Fine Atomization Performance: Produces a very fine mist with an average droplet size ≤50 μm and a maximum not exceeding 120 μm, featuring low air-to-liquid ratio and low flow dual-fluid atomization.
2. Low Air Consumption:Achieves efficient atomization at a low air-to-liquid ratio, reducing compressed air usage and improving overall system efficiency.
3. Compact and Miniaturized Design: Small nozzle and lance structure allow easy installation and operation in confined or complex environments.
4. Strong Dust Environment Adaptability: Optimized for high-dust conditions such as cooling towers, ensuring stable and reliable performance.
5. Uniform Flow Distribution: Ensures even flow distribution, making it suitable for multi-nozzle arrangements and improving system consistency.
6. Uniform Droplet Distribution: Provides consistent droplet size across the entire spray area, supporting efficient evaporation and chemical reaction.
7. Multiple Spray Patterns Available: Supports hollow cone, full cone, and flat fan patterns with spray angles ranging from 12° to 56°.
8. Precise Low Flow Control: Flow range of 0.05–0.3 L/min enables precise spraying for fine control applications.
Application
Denitrification spray guns are mostly used in chain furnaces, pulverized coal furnaces, and SNCR denitrification in cement plants, power plants, steel plants, and waste incineration plants to meet NOx emission requirements. It mainly atomizes compressed air and ammonia water to form fine atomized particles, which are then mixed with flue gas to react chemically, thereby purifying harmful gases in the flue gas.
