Spray Lances

CYCO Spray Lances – a long tube with a nozzle on the end. You mount them through a flange or threaded port, and they put the spray right where you need it. Main jobs: desulfurization and denitrification – spraying lime slurry or ammonia solution into hot flue gas to knock out SOx and NOx. Also granulation – injecting binder or water into rotating drums or fluid beds to build uniform particles. Some have a single tip, some carry multiple nozzles along the length. We make them from stainless steel – usually 316 or 2205 for corrosion resistance – with flanged connections. Lengths from a few feet up to twenty feet. Diameters from 1″ to 4″.
