Air Driven Hydraulic Nozzle
Air Driven Hydraulic Nozzle is a precision industrial spray nozzle that uses compressed air to drive an internal air cylinder, enabling precise intermittent spraying—up to 180 cycles per minute. Lightweight and compact, it uses liquid pressure as the atomizing power source, and can be fitted with extension rods or recirculation types for optimized performance. Constructed in stainless steel with 1/4″ and 1/8″ connections and capable of handling liquid pressures up to 4000 psi (275 bar), it provides flexible spray shape options for automated spray machines, reciprocating spray installations, and robotic applications.
Design features
1. The compressed air inlet on the nozzle body is used to control the operation of the air cylinder to obtain precise intermittent spray, up to 180 cycles per minute
2. The nozzle is light in weight and only uses liquid as the atomization power source. A variety of nozzle bodies can be easily installed and positioned
3. Extension rods and recirculation types can be selected to optimize performance. CYCO nozzles can provide a variety of spray shapes, and the liquid pressure can reach 4000psi (275bar)
