DK Automatic Fine Atomizing Nozzle
DK Automatic Fine Atomizing Nozzle is a high-precision automatic air atomizing spray nozzle designed for fine misting and precise fluid coverage. It features three-fluid automatic atomization with independent control of liquid atomizing gas and fan gas pressures, allowing fine adjustment of flow rate, droplet size, spray distribution, and coverage. An extra liquid recirculation channel maintains consistent flow of viscous liquids, and a built-in cleaning needle valve helps prevent clogging. With adjustable flow from approximately 2.8 L/h to 179 L/h and optional automatic on/off timing control (up to 180 cycles per minute), it’s ideal for precision spraying, coating, humidification, and viscous fluid spray applications in industrial systems.
