Plastic Clip Nozzle is a versatile industrial spray nozzle with a clip-on mount and flat fan spray pattern, designed for quick installation onto pipes or headers without threaded connections. Made from durable plastic with a nylon spray cap and internal gasket (standard ethylene propylene rubber or optional fluorinated rubber), it delivers reliable spray performance up to 20 bar with multiple connection sizes (1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″). Ideal for PCB production, product cleaning, rinsing, metal parts phosphating, cooling, humidification, chemical handling, and dust control in low-pressure systems.

Design features

1. The standard material of the gasket is ethylene propylene rubber, and fluorinated rubber can also be used. The gasket is inside the spray cap and fixed on the nozzle;

2. The nozzle with interactive properties can be made of PP, SS, BRASS materials. The pressure must not exceed 20 bars, and there is a groove designed in the spray cap;

3. Used to fix the nozzle body ear, the spray cap is made of nylon.
