CY-SS Retractable Tank Cleaning Spray Nozzle
CY-SS Retractable Tank Cleaning Spray Nozzle features a retractable cleaning head that remains flush with the interior wall of reactors, spray dryers, fluidized beds, storage tanks, pipelines, and other equipment when not in use. During cleaning, pressurized fluid pushes the nozzle head out into the correct position for effective rinsing, then automatically retracts when the water supply stops, eliminating product entrapment and interference with process operations. Made from 316L stainless steel, it supports CIP (clean-in-place) fluid-driven operation with automatic lubrication and an impact cleaning radius of up to 1.8 m, helping keep vessels clean without manual intervention.
The retractable cleaning nozzle head is flush with the interior wall of the equipment being cleaned (such as spray dryers, cyclone separators, fluidized beds, tanks, pipes, etc.) when not in use. During operation, the retracted position does not interfere with the process and eliminates product retention. Water is pumped under pressure to the nozzle during operation, forcing the nozzle head into the correct position to clean the equipment. Once the water supply stops, the nozzle head automatically retracts to its original position.
