CY-DS900 Air/Water/Oil/Grease Hose Reel provides a heavy-duty industrial solution for efficient fluid management. Built with reinforced metal and 304 stainless steel components, it utilizes electrochemical surface treatment to ensure superior corrosion resistance. The clutch-style hub eliminates spring damage from reverse winding, while the fully enclosed drive protects internal parts from environmental contaminants. This system features an automatic spring-driven mechanism for smooth retraction, along with adjustable guide arms and bumper blocks for precise onsite control.
CY-DS900 stainless steel hose reels are used in a wide range of applications, such as food production, cleaning, chemical transportation, and industrial solvent handling. Stainless steel hose reels can also be used in coastal and offshore environments where corrosion resistance is critical. Some models of this series can be produced in 316L according to customer requirements to further improve corrosion resistance.
