The CY-DS84/CY-DS900/CY-HS18 Series is a Retractable Hose Reel range for air, water, oil, grease, and fluid transfer applications. Featuring stainless steel construction, compact structure, and reliable hose storage performance, these reels help reduce hose wear, tangling, and workplace clutter while improving operational efficiency. They support wall, ceiling, floor, and vehicle-mounted installation for flexible industrial use.

The series includes spring-driven automatic Retractable Hose Reel models and manual hand-crank configurations. With corrosion-resistant stainless steel components and a robust construction, each Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Hose Reel is suitable for workshops, industrial plants, cleaning operations, firefighting systems, marine facilities, and outdoor service applications.

Design Features

Adjustable buffer stop: allows any desired length of rope to be maintained outside the reel.

Adjustable guide arm: multiple guide arm positions facilitate versatile use and field adjustment.

Enclosed drive spring: the drive mechanism is enclosed to protect it from environmental factors.

Long-life drive spring: the clutch-type reel shaft core almost eliminates the possibility of spring damage caused by reverse winding of the reel.

Corrosion and stain resistance: made of 304 stainless steel stamping parts, with surface electrochemical treatment.

Common Applications

These Retractable Hose Reel models are widely used in food processing, washdown operations, chemical transfer, industrial solvent handling, and general fluid delivery systems. Stainless steel construction provides excellent resistance to corrosion, moisture, and cleaning chemicals.

For applications requiring higher corrosion resistance, the Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Hose Reel series can be supplied in optional 316L stainless steel. This option is commonly selected for coastal facilities, offshore platforms, marine service operations, and other corrosive environments.
