KSV Spray Drying Nozzle
KSV Spray Drying Nozzle is a high-pressure spray drying nozzle engineered to atomize liquids into uniform droplets for efficient drying in industrial spray drying systems. It features a swirl chamber design that promotes even droplet distribution and consistent droplet size, helping maximize heat-and-mass transfer in spray dryers while minimizing product waste. Constructed from durable materials such as 303 stainless steel with carbide or tungsten carbide swirl chambers and orifice inserts, it operates reliably at pressures from approximately 7 bar up to 340 bar with adjustable spray angles from about 19° to 104° and high flow capacity for large-scale processes. This nozzle suits applications in food, dairy, coffee, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and fine materials processing where controlled atomization improves drying quality.
