KSB Spray Drying Nozzle delivers superior reliability for hygiene-critical processes. Its maximum free passage and anti-bearding design ensure exceptional clog resistance, minimizing contamination and downtime. Featuring a hand-tightening pressure of up to 450 bar (7000 psi) and an integrated check valve, it allows for tool-free maintenance and prevents backflow. Constructed from 303 stainless steel with tungsten carbide internals and hygienic self-draining surfaces, it guarantees durability and easy cleaning. This nozzle provides finely tunable, uniform droplet size for optimal product quality in dairy, food, chemical, biochemical, and pharmaceutical processing.
Design Features

Product Advantages
1. The maximum free passage expands the aperture area through which the blockage occurs, thereby reducing the chance of blockage and increasing normal production time. The core design has at least two grooves, which has a more uniform volume density than the single groove design and can also reduce the pressure drop to a minimum.
