Denitrification Spray Lance(CDE Series)

Denitrification Spray Lance (CDE Series) is a heavy-duty spray lance assembly built for industrial denitrification, desulfurization, and dust control applications in power plants, cement factories, chemical plants, and other environmental protection systems. It uses a large-flow dual-fluid air atomizing nozzle with multi-stage atomization and an internal spiral nozzle to produce fine, uniform spray coverage with reduced clogging and efficient compressed air use. Designed for harsh flue-gas environments, the CDE Series supports multiple spray patterns and angles (20°, 60°, 90°) and flow rates from approximately 2–80 L/min, with rugged materials such as 303/316 stainless steel, 310 stainless steel, or Hastelloy for enhanced durability.

Design features

1. The nozzles on the CDE series spray guns use large-flow air atomization nozzles with multi-stage atomization effects

2. A dual-fluid nozzle is used, and steam or air is used as the second fluid

3. In harsh environments, the high-efficiency design and three-stage atomization performance can achieve high atomization performance with a small amount of compressed air

4. The spiral nozzle is installed inside as the second-stage atomization nozzle. The large-aperture flow channel design of the spiral nozzle can effectively prevent blockage and other harsh fluid environments

The CDE series spray guns have three flow styles, CDE14, CDE20 and CDE28.
