Denitrification Spray Lance(Dual Fluid)
Denitrification Spray Lance (Dual Fluid) is an industrial NOx reduction spray lance designed for Selective Non‑Catalytic Reduction (SNCR) applications in power plants, cement plants, steel mills, waste incinerators, and other industrial furnaces. It uses compressed air and ammonia water to create fine atomized droplets with spray angles ranging from 20° to 90° and flow rates up to 80 L/min. These fine droplets mix efficiently with flue gas to promote chemical reactions that reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) and help facilities meet emission standards. Its flexible spray shapes (circular or fan‑shaped) support effective coverage in flue gas conditioning systems.
Technical Specification
Angle: 20° to 90° (other angles available upon request)
Flow rate: 2.0 to 80L/min
Spray shape: circular, fan-shaped
Design Features
1. High-Efficiency Dual-Fluid Atomization: Utilizing a dual-fluid atomization method combining compressed air and ammonia (or urea solution), it forms fine, uniform atomized particles, improving the mixing efficiency of the reducing agent and flue gas.
2. Fine and Uniform Droplets: The uniform particle size distribution facilitates rapid evaporation and complete reaction, thereby improving denitrification efficiency and reducing ammonia slip.
3. Multi-Stage Atomization Structure (Optional): Some structures employ multi-stage atomization or internal swirl design, resulting in a finer and more stable spray while reducing compressed air consumption.
4. Strong Anti-Clogging Capability: Optimized flow channel design with large channels, reducing the likelihood of crystallization and clogging, adapting to complex water quality and high-dust flue gas environments.
5. Diverse Spray Patterns: Supports various spray patterns such as circular and fan-shaped sprays, with a wide spray angle range (approximately 20°–90°), providing flexible coverage.
6. Wide Flow Rate Range: A large flow rate adjustment range (approximately 2–80 L/min) allows for flexible control of the spray volume according to operating conditions, adapting to the needs of different furnace types.
7. Energy Saving and Low Air Consumption: While ensuring atomization effect, it reduces compressed air consumption, improving the overall economic efficiency of the system.
8. High Temperature and Corrosion Resistant Materials: Material options include stainless steel or Hastelloy, suitable for high-temperature and highly corrosive flue gas environments, with a long service life.
Application
Denitrification spray guns are mostly used in chain furnaces, pulverized coal furnaces, and SNCR denitrification in cement plants, power plants, steel plants, and waste incineration plants to meet NOx emission requirements. It mainly atomizes compressed air and ammonia water to form fine atomized particles, which are then mixed with flue gas to react chemically, thereby purifying harmful gases in the flue gas.
