Features:
1. Tungsten carbide possesses extremely high hardness and wear resistance, far surpassing materials like stainless steel. Experiments show its wear resistance is approximately 250 times that of brass, making it particularly suitable for high-pressure, high-abrasion, and particulate-containing media environments. It can be used to spray high-concentration particulate solutions, such as road markings.
2. Even under continuous high-pressure operation, it maintains stable nozzle dimensions, and its service life can be several times, even tens of times, longer than ordinary metal nozzles.
3. High Pressure Tungsten Carbide Nozzle can withstand extremely high operating pressures, providing a stable spray and is not easily affected by pressure fluctuations, making it suitable for high-pressure cleaning and spraying applications.
