DJ Automatic Air Atomizing Nozzle
DJ Automatic Air Atomizing Nozzle is a precision automatic spray nozzle that uses an internal gas-driven chamber to control “on-off” atomization cycles up to 180 times per minute, delivering fine mist without interrupting the liquid feed. Designed for versatile fluid delivery via siphon, gravity, or pressure, it’s available in nickel-plated brass or stainless steel with durable stainless components for reliable long-term operation. With threaded connections (1/8″, 1/4″, BSPT/NPT) and customizable spray angles from 10° to 110°, it’s ideal for humidification, lubrication, automatic spraying, cooling, surface coating, and conveyor misting applications in industrial systems.
Design Features
1. DJ automatic air atomizing nozzles feature an internal gas drive chamber to control the “on-off” operation, which can run 180 cycles per minute, and each “on-off” operation only cuts off the liquid part of the sprayer
2. The liquid flow to the nozzle can be delivered by siphon or gravity, or by pressure
3. All nozzle parts are precisely manufactured according to quality standards to achieve smooth operation and long service life
4. Nozzles can be made of nickel-plated brass or stainless steel. All nozzles have a hard-drawn stainless steel needle valve, stainless steel fluid cap and stainless steel spring
