CYCO FF96-P hose reel is a professional-grade hose reel designed for precision and order. Its defining feature is the Recirculating Screw Hose Winder, which enables single-turn winding. This mechanism layers the hose sequentially on the reel, achieving neat and orderly coiling to prevent tangling, kinking, and abrasion.
The product offers significant compatibility and flexibility. The Drive Method can be powered by AC motors, DC motors, air motors, or hydraulic motors. The Transmission Method offers a choice between gear or chain drive, allowing it to adapt to various industrial power environments.
For connectivity, the reel’s Inlet features a 1″ 90° swivel joint with internal/external threads, while the Outlet is equipped with a 1″ internal/external thread connection.
Design Features:
1. Precision reciprocating screw-guided hose winding system: The reel is equipped with a circulating spiral hose winder driven by a chain-synchronized reciprocating screw mechanism. It winds the hose in single turns and layers them sequentially, ensuring neat, evenly spaced coiling without tangling, kinking, or uneven stacking. This reduces friction and abrasion on the hose, greatly extending its service life and preventing premature wear caused by misalignment.
2. Optimized high-capacity hose recovery design: Engineered for large-volume hose storage, it accommodates 1-inch inner diameter hoses with a maximum winding length of 30 meters. The reel features a 630 mm diameter and a 267 mm hub width, providing sufficient space for the hose to coil smoothly even at full length, avoiding overcrowding and ensuring stable operation.
3. Versatile multi-drive configuration: To adapt to different power sources and site conditions, the reel supports multiple drive options, including AC motor, DC motor, air motor, and hydraulic motor. 4. Robust gear or chain transmission system: The power transmission adopts either gear drive or chain drive, both designed for high torque and heavy-duty use.
