Stainless Steel Quick-Release Nozzle
Stainless Steel Quick Release Nozzle is a time-saving flat fan spray nozzle engineered with a quick-release connection for ultra-fast installation and removal without tools. Made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, it supports 1/4″ and 1/8″ inlet sizes and delivers adjustable spray patterns with angles ranging up to approximately 110° over a wide pressure range. It provides consistent spray distribution and reliable performance, while the modular design allows easy cleaning and replacement of components. Ideal for industrial liquid spraying, cleaning, rinsing, cooling, dust control, and general surface treatment applications where frequent nozzle changes or maintenance are required.
Design Features:
1. Fan spray nozzles save time with 1/4 and 1/8 quick installation and automatic spray pattern alignment. QCL nozzles provide flow rates less than 3.9 l/min at 3 bar. QC/QB nozzles provide flow rates of 3.9 l/min or more at 3 bar pressure.
