JK Plastic Nozzle
JK Plastic Nozzle is a lightweight industrial flat fan spray nozzle made from durable plastic with a nylon spray cap and internal gasket. Designed for pressures up to 20 bar, it features a grooved spray cap and optional gasket materials including ethylene-propylene rubber or fluorinated rubber. The interchangeable nozzle design allows flexible selection of materials such as PP, stainless steel, or brass, improving adaptability to different working conditions. With multiple connection sizes (1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″), it delivers uniform spray for cleaning, rinsing, cooling, humidification, metal part phosphating, chemical processing, and dust control applications.
Design features
1. The standard material of the gasket is ethylene propylene rubber, and fluorinated rubber can also be used. The gasket is inside the spray cap and fixed on the nozzle
2. The nozzle has interactive nozzles. PP, SS, BRASS materials can be selected. The pressure shall not exceed 20 bar. There is a groove designed in the spray cap
3. It is used to fix the nozzle body ear. The spray cap is made of nylon.
4. JK Plastic Nozzle features an adjustable spray direction with a spherical connection structure, allowing flexible angle adjustment to meet different installation positions and spray requirements.
5. The snap-on mounting system enables the bottom clamp to be directly fixed onto pipelines without tools, ensuring quick and convenient installation and removal.
6. A reliable locking mechanism with an adjustment knob ensures the set angle remains stable and prevents deviation during operation.
7. JK Plastic Nozzle adopts a modular design, allowing the nozzle head to be easily replaced for convenient maintenance and compatibility with different spray patterns.
8. The compact structure with a small footprint makes it suitable for installation in systems with limited space or dense layouts.
9. Made of corrosion-resistant engineering plastics or chemical-resistant materials, it performs well in water treatment, chemical, and other demanding environments.
