Thin Sheet Needle Nozzle
Thin Sheet Needle Nozzle is designed for demanding high-pressure swing cleaning applications in industrial settings. Models are available in wear-resistant stainless steel or with extended-life ceramic/ruby inlays, which dramatically reduce downtime and boost productivity. This nozzle delivers a precise 0° spray angle for targeted cleaning of long webs, press felts, blind hole rollers, and grooved rollers. Operating at pressures up to 55 bar with a maximum flow of 33 L/min, it provides reliable and efficient cleaning performance to maintain optimal machinery operation.
Design features
1. Type CY27149 is made of ordinary stainless steel and has high wear resistance. It is suitable for high-pressure brushed spray rods.
2. CY39350/CY48546/CY50709/CY64190 can be inlaid with ceramic or ruby nozzles, which significantly extends the life of the nozzle, greatly reduces downtime, and improves production efficiency.
