Air Blow Off Nozzles

CYCO Air Blow Off Nozzles – uses compressed air to blow water, dust, or debris off surfaces – no spray, just air. These are not for spraying liquid. They take shop air and shape it into a flat fan, a cone, or a focused point. The internal design amplifies the airflow, pulling in surrounding air so you get more blast without using more compressed air. Common uses: drying bottles or cans before labeling (blow water off the outside), cleaning conveyor belts (blow off crumbs or dust before the next product hits), cooling hot parts after heat treatment, and ejecting parts from molds. We make them in anodized aluminum, 316 stainless steel, and high-temperature plastics. Noise levels are lower than an open air pipe – important if you work around them all day.
